This Grim reaper costume arrived neatly packaged in a clear plastic packet. The scythe comes in separate pieces that screw together , the cape is very lightweight and quite thin fabric, I'm not very tall at 5'1 so it was a bit long on me as well. The skeletal face is printed on the front of a lightweight snood that just covers the bottom of the face . The skeletal hands on the gloves are stretchy and fit my hands but would also fit larger. We have a Halloween party every year and I like to collect things for photo props or to stage the decorations. This would work for either. It costs £18 , while it's not overly expensive you might find something similar for a bit cheaper if you shopped around.

Bought for teenage son to wear for a sports club Halloween event. He absolutely loved gliding around appearing behind others and just standing holding the scythe. Cloak is thin but works when wearing all black underneath. The mask and gloves work, he's acting gonna keep wearing them through winter. And the scythe is not a cheap toy. It does need building but very easy to slot together and take apart as needed. Bought for a slightly shorter than average 13 year old and it's long on him but looks a bit oversized rather than looking too big.

This fancy dress comes with a cape, scythe, mask and gloves. The gloves actually glow in the dark which was a nice surprise as I don’t remember seeing that on the description. The cape is very, very thin and ties around the neck but looks quite effective when on. The mask is like a snood that you pull over your head and down to your neck and then lift up to cover your nose and mouth. You might need to cut a hole if you don’t like your mount and nose being covered. The scythe screws together in 3 parts. It looks pretty good but isn’t as long as you expect. Overall, I’m happy with this fancy dress. The cape is a bit thin and the scythe is a bit short but when you’ve actually got it on, it looks good. (See pic)
