The lights flicker a lot, sometimes they turn off all together and then randomly come back on. The brightness fluctuates, really quite distracting! Shame. Couldn't find a way of contacting manufacturer. Update! Manufacturer reached out and sent replacement lights that are working a lot better. They give off a nice amount of light and add a real coziness! Pleased.

Unable to use. Lights have been held together in the box by tying the wires in tiny little knots, that are virtually impossible to undo. Gave up and returned. If they used basic cable ties instead they probably would have been ok, but they’ve tried to save a penny instead and ruined the item.

After spending a long time up a ladder, fitting these across my ceiling, they worked perfectly (and looked amazing) on the first use. On the second use, one of the strings of lights has faded to a blip of a light approx. half-way down, to the end. Tested the second set I bought, and these have two strings that fade towards the end. They still look good (not amazing anymore though), but my OCD/anxiety brain is hating it!

These lights look perfect in the wall space above my desk! I ordered the 3x3m and they came with 10 light columns and easily reached the floor. As I only wanted the lights above my desk I folded them in half and joint the bottom to the top to create a fuller effect, and I could place the columns closer together as I didn’t need the full 3m. If you were to purchase this for an exact 3m space I’d recommend buying a second set as it may look a little sparse - but that’s definitely a personal preference! I have read many comments about tangling upon arrival. I did not have this problem but was cautious when opening them. Each column was individually coiled so was easily manageable if done so with care. I found it easier to hang the hooks before uncoiling each string of lights, I imagine this stopped the tangles. Brightness is perfect and gives off such a cosy warm glow, perfect for cosy nights! The USB connects to a USB plug into the mains and works perfectly, lights don’t get hot either. Really love how these look and would definitely purchase again or recommend to a friend!

Very beautiful USb powered lights. I got them as the wires are so fine they are near invisible in the windows in the day time. They light beautifully when dark: I recommend hanging them across the window first then unravelling the lights when done.
